The Ancre Hill estate utilises traditional Biodynamic and Organic Viticultural practices. Nothing is added to the wine with no filtration or fining, so is completely vegan/veggie-friendly.

Notes from the winemaker about the process:
"The grapes underwent 100% whole bunch maceration for between 30 to 50 days. Fermentation was finished in oak and stainless steel for aging on lees for a minimum of 10 months."
