"Ancestral method sparkling made with 100% Macabeu from a single parcel of very poor limestone. Low yielding vines with deep roots give a more complex and mineral expression. Macerated on skins for 4 days and left in bottle for 13 months on its lees before disgorging."

"All of Jordi’s 15 hectares are situated in and around Blancafort in the Conca de Barberà region with its Mediterranean climate and nights that are always a few degrees cooler than sea level, maintaining acidity and freshness in his wines. His plots are mostly on well draining sandy calcareous soil and as a geologist Jordi speaks in intricate details about the soil structure of his plots, as well as how the Mediterranean drives the terroirs in his wines in terms of structure and salinity. The elevation of Jordi's plots, situated in the hills surrounding the village, start from 400m and go up to 600m above sea level and ensure that despite his wines' ripeness they are always held together by a beautiful balance and acidity. Jordi's wines are always made with zero additions."
