Laurent Bagnol makes wild and rustic wines in his cellar deep in the Languedoc scrubland. He lets the grapes speak for themselves, allowing some brettanomyces and volatile acidity in the finished wines.
Basically what this means for the wine is that it is a robustly complex and divisive wine. If you're a fan of wild and uncovential tastes, including savoury yeasty notes with disinct acidity that change and develop as the wine breathes, then this is for you. If you are after a more mellow tasting experience, we suggest you give this one a pass!
