Made from a local variety called Pignoletto, 'Sui Lieviti' translates to ‘on lees’ which means that the wine is kept in the bottle on top of its dead yeast that kicks off the second fermentation in-bottle. The result is a rustic, hazy and delicate fizz that has a lovely salinity with hits of zesty lemon and chamomile.


This is one for those who are looking for a 'natural' / vegan-friendly alternative to that boring and/or overly-sugared prosecco... we can't recommend this one enough!
