We do not offer exchanges, except in the unlikely instance we send you the wrong item.

We will only replace items if they are damaged or faulty. Many of the products we sell are small-batch, unique and vary by season. Please contact us before making any purchases if you are unsure about the product and what to expect as we are only able to refund you if the item is genuinely damaged or faulty.


If you do receive a damaged item, please contact us in the first instance with photos and a description of the issue and we will assist you from there.

If you do return a faulty item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item with an approval or rejection of your refund once the item has been inspected.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot take responsibility for your chosen courier.
