Sfera Noir is deceptively light and laid back (and dare we say, easy drinking) Pinot Noir which carries none of the headiness that a wine of this ABV usually does.
A tickle of dry spiciness mingles with fruity sweetness - think squashed sour cherries and plums.
Each case contains 6 versions of the label.

About the winemaker:
Bikicki’s vineyards are located in Banostor village in the ancient wine region of Fruška Gora, Serbia facing the Danube River on the edge of Fruška Gora national park. Đorđe works together with technologist Oszkár Maurer and winegrower Jelena Burmudžija to produce incredible wines of character and clarity that express the terroir from which his grapes come. Technologist Maurer ferments exclusively on natural yeasts and without additional intervention in the cellar. Bikicki’s philosophy in wines is balance and elegance - he believes in using natural principles to create wines that do not have bret or VA, preferring to produce clean wines which express fruitiness the terroir provides his grapes.
Notes from the winemaker:
“The playful, fluttering fruit bomb brings notes of cherry, plum, and cranberry compote. Flexible and fresh, but juicy, meaty and with fine texture. The elegant finish brings an abundance of tiny berries.”
